Prejean does not understand the concept of free speech. And apparently neither does Colson. She has the right to say whatever she wants, and the (ridiculous) Miss America pageant has the right to confer the title upon her or not, for whatever criteria they choose. Was she censored by the government in any way? How was her right to free speech limited in any way?

I would agree the issue is not about whether Prejean was "censored". The issue is engaging in civil discourse about divisive issues. http://www.veritas.org/media/talks/705
